STARTING POINT
Due to its historical importance, the car had a well-known and documented history in its sporting career, owners and bodywork evolutions. Having disappeared for a certain period, its unknown history was later reconstructed by Simon Moore in the second edition of his monographic essay on the model.

RESEARCH
Despite the already well-documented history, our research has nevertheless brought to light additional material, especially photographic ones with unpublished race images, which have enriched the portfolio and confirmed some aspects of the history and evolution of the vehicle. By putting all the sources together it was thus possible to arrive at a summary of the history of the specimen which, if not conclusive, is unitary and coherent.
