#TouristTrophy

Presented by the Royal Automobile Club (RAC), the Tourist Trophy is the oldest continuously awarded prize in motorsport, first granted in 1905 on the Isle of Man. Across more than six decades, the trophy has been won on courses including Ards, Donington Park, Dundrod, Goodwood, and since 1970 primarily at Silverstone. It has featured a wide range of categories—from touring cars and sports cars to FIA GT and World Endurance events—and remains a symbol of endurance and engineering excellence. Notable drivers who have won the TT include John Napier, Tazio Nuvolari, Rudolf Caracciola, and a record seven-time winner, Stirling Moss. From 2013 onwards, the trophy has been awarded to the overall winner of the Silverstone round of the FIA World Endurance Championship. www.royalautomobileclub.co.uk
