Everett Anton "Tony" Singer is an American artist, entrepreneur, and passionate automotive enthusiast. His lifelong dedication to automobiles and art has made him a leading figure in the world of vintage automotive collectibles. A graduate of the University of Denver with a background in fine arts, he later applied his expertise to transform his family's printing business into a premier color printing company. In 1980, driven by his deep love for classic cars and racing history, he founded Vintage Auto Posters, specializing in rare, authentic automotive posters from 1895 to the 1970s. His reputation for authenticity and expertise has earned him recognition as the only member of the International Vintage Poster Dealers Association in the field of automobilia. He also founded and continues to organize Automobilia Monterey, a prestigious event that brings together top collectors and dealers of automotive memorabilia. Beyond collecting, Singer actively supports automotive culture through research and publishing. His book Porsche Showroom Posters: The First 25 Years is a definitive resource on Porsche’s factory poster history. His passion extends to education, as he endowed a professorship in painting at the University of Denver, ensuring future artists can explore their creativity just as he did. With a career that seamlessly blends art, business, and a deep devotion to automotive heritage, Singer has left an indelible mark on the world of classic car enthusiasts and collectors.
