#PredappioRoccaDelleCaminate
Predappio–Rocca delle Caminate is a historic Italian hill climb first held in 1955 in Emilia‑Romagna. The route climbs from Predappio to the Rocca delle Caminate fortress over about 6 km with an elevation gain of approximately 420 m. It quickly became part of the Italian Hill Climb Championship through the 1960s and 1970s, attracting local and national drivers in touring cars, prototypes, and single‑seaters. The event was discontinued in the early 1980s due to safety and financial issues, but was revived in the 2000s as a historic motorsport event. Today it is held annually as a regularity and demonstration hill climb featuring vintage racing cars and serving as a tribute to the area’s automotive heritage.
We'll tell the story of this event on the occasion of its anniversary or when it will reach a sufficient number of cars.
