#PorscheWerksteam
Porsche Werksteam is the official factory racing team of Porsche, first established in the early 1950s under Porsche KG with the pioneering 356 and 550 Spyders. From those beginnings, the works team grew into one of the most successful and respected operations in motorsport history. Under Porsche AG from 1972 onward, it achieved legendary triumphs at the 24 Hours of Le Mans, Sebring, Daytona, and countless other venues, fielding iconic cars such as the 917, 935, 956, 962, and modern prototypes and GTs. The Werksteam has come to embody Porsche’s philosophy of engineering excellence and relentless pursuit of endurance racing success.
