Lew Florence (Tacoma 1925 - 2001)was a versatile US racing driver. He drove mostly big cars in the 1960s, all the way to up to Formula 5000, TransAms, Group 7, with skill and success. Lew’s string of victories in a Lotus 15 is particularly amazing—winning 27 times out of the 29 races he entered with the car.
