Jeff Lewis was an American Ferrari owner and occasional private dealer based in California, active during the 1970s and early 1980s. He is documented as the owner of several Ferrari models of the period, including the 340 Mexico chassis 0222A, and was involved in the sale and redistribution of cars and engines during a phase when early Ferraris were still traded largely outside the collector market.
