Jean Marie Behra, aka Jeannot (Nice, February 16, 1921 – Berlin, August 1, 1959), was a French motorcycle racer (four-time French 500cc champion) and racing driver, who died at the AVUS circuit during a race associated with the 1959 German Grand Prix. He competed in both closed-wheel cars and single-seaters. He is the second driver with the highest number of laps led (107) among those who never managed to win a race valid for the Formula 1 World Championship.
