Ian Ferguson Connell (circa 1913 – 1 March 2003) was a Singapore-born British racing gentleman, prominent in the 1930s and later recognized as President of the Brooklands Society. He joined the BRDC in 1936 and actively raced an ERA, Darracq, Vale Special, and other high-performance marques at Brooklands. Connell also competed at Le Mans, driving a Delahaye 135 CS for Count Heyden in 1939, and participated in the Donington Grand Prix. His notable appearances included spirited performances in the Campbell Road Course meetings and involvement in the re-opened Brooklands post-war reunions. He passed away in March 2003 at the age of 90.
