Giorgio Pelassa (Turin, 1912 - Turin, 1948) was an Italian racing driver. In addition to being a pilot, he was an industrialist, landowner and inventor, he developed a water engine with which he was able to travel several meters. He had his maximum agonistic expression in the period before the Second World War and in the immediate post-war period.
