#FerrariHypercarTeam
Although the official FIA WEC entry lists the cars under Ferrari – AF Corse, Ferrari treats its endurance effort as a dedicated Hypercar program, distinct from the Formula 1–focused "Scuderia". AF Corse is a long-established racing team, founded in 1995 and closely associated with Ferrari’s GT programs for many years. With a strong heritage in GT and endurance racing, AF Corse has been entrusted with the operational management of Ferrari’s prototype campaigns, bringing trackside experience, logistics, race engineering and crew execution. Thus the 499P program is best understood as a factory-led Ferrari Hypercar team run in collaboration with AF Corse — where Ferrari sets the technological direction and AF Corse executes the sporting operations. Using the tag #FerrariHypercarTeam helps distinguish this prototype division, even while respecting the official race registration name Ferrari – AF Corse.
