#EugenioAlzati
Eugenio Alzati was an Italian engineer and executive at Ferrari, active between the 1960s and 1980s. After joining the company’s technical department in Maranello, he contributed to the organization of production processes and the coordination between design, engineering and assembly activities. During the 1970s he held managerial roles within the technical direction led by Mauro Forghieri, supporting the transition of Ferrari’s engineering methods from artisanal practices to structured industrial processes. Alzati later became part of the management team overseeing special projects and pre-series development, playing a role in the technical coordination of early Ferrari Testarossa production.
