Martinotti Emilio, born in Occhieppo (Vicenza) in 1892. He was hired in 1923 to the Fiat Technical Bureau with lawyer Cavalli, in 1929 moves with Zerbi getting senior management. He was the designer of the Balilla chassis. Promoted in 1935 head Office vehicles and special applications to the SPA, in 1943 he was appointed Head of Service. From 1947 to 1959 he directs the Office of tractors and special vehicles Fiat technical direction. He died in Turin in 1970.
