Edward Regan "Eddie" Murphy (born April 3, 1961) is an American actor, comedian, stand-up comedian, singer, and film producer. During his career he starred in numerous highly successful comedies that have become real cults of their genre. Murphy is therefore considered one of the best comedians of his generation, also famous for his transformation and for his imitative skills.
