1957 Ferrari 250 GT Cabriolet 0735GT won the Stelle sul Liston

Several rare cars took part in the fifth edition of the “Stelle sul Liston” concours of elegance. 30 classic cars attending the event and the amazing Ferrari 250 GT Cabriolet Pinin Farina sn: 0735GT, got the “best of show” prize; it is handcrafted in just 40 units, a fascinating first series presented at 1957 Frankfurt motor show and also belonged to racing driver Wolfgang von Trips.
A great success for this concours of elegance created by RIVS (Register for Italian Historical Vehicles) and with a prestigious jury. Among the judges there were the famous designers Leonardo Fioravanti and Tom Tjaarda.
In second place we find the ISO Rivolta 300 GT, model in a perfect state of preservation, while in third place the Lancia Aprilia Convertible Stabilimenti Farina. The “Elegance and Passion” special Prize – has been assigned to the most elegant car – the 1936 Lancia Astura Cabriolet Stabilimenti Farina, while the “Excellence and Memory” award – which represents the prize for the most historical significance – went to the the Bianchi S9 Carrozzeria Simonetti. Other cars have been awarded, like the Fiat 8V Zagato barchetta one-off (best sports car), the Alfa Romeo 6C 2500 SS Touring and the Maserati 3500 GT Spider Vignale coming from the Museum Nicolis. The pubblic prize went to a Bugatti T-57 Ventoux.
Particularly unique also the 1953 Jaguar XK 120 OTS, a lilac-pink specimen as extravagant as fascinating, with that unique pattern created on commission for the “American Car Life” magazine. Other cars eligible for AUTOMOTIVE MASTERPIECES were the 1937 SS 2.5 DHC, a flawless prototype, the 1958 Alvis TC 21 Prototype, the 1947 Nardi Danese (one of the first cars that fits an engine produced by Enzo Ferrari); the Porsche 901, the Fiat 1100 Vignale “Superleggera”.
